At COAGUILAS we grow white watermelon of the Boston variety, where the harvesting season is from May to July. Watermelon is one of the fruits that contains the most water, so its caloric value is very low, about 20 calories per 100 grams. The pink color is due to the presence of lycopene, as occurs with tomatoes.

At COAGUILAS we also grow black watermelon of the Frenway variety, where the harvesting season is from May to early July. It is a product highly appreciated by Spanish consumers during the summer season due to the water it contains and its low caloric value.
